If you purchase or subscribe to services, payment terms are provided during the proposal, invoice, checkout, or agreement process. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees are due as stated and may be non-refundable once work has begun or access to a service period has been provided.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content, assets, trademarks, copy, images, data, or other materials you provide for use in a project. You grant Souliscape Creative permission to use those materials as needed to perform the agreed work.
Souliscape Creative retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, drafts, concepts not selected, and general know-how. Final deliverable ownership, licenses, and usage rights are governed by the applicable client agreement or written scope.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Souliscape Creative may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, proposals, and marketing materials after the work is public. Confidential or sensitive information will be handled with care.
The website and its content are provided as-is. We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souliscape Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
